Urban Golf reserves the right to move your booking to a different simulator to maximize available bookings. Groups of 7+ require 2 simulators. We recommend keeping groups to a maximum of 4 players for speed of play. Multiple simulator bookings made online or by calling our front desk are not guaranteed next to each other. If you would like to guarantee adjacent simulators or are a party of 8+, our events team is here to help! Visit our events page to contact a member of our events team.
We recommend booking 1 hour per person playing to finish an 18 hole round. (1 person = 1 hour, 2 people = 2 hours, etc.)
Bookings end 5 minutes before end time to allow for transition to the next group
CANCELATION POLICY
Urban Golf values your business, but we can be very busy at times and don't won't you to miss out on available space. Please respect our scheduling policies.

If you need to cancel or reschedule please give us 12 hours notice.

Cancellations made less that 12 hours in advance are subject to a late cancelation fee in the amount of 50% off the scheduled service.

Clients who miss their bookings without giving any prior notice will be charged in full for the scheduled booking.

Members that no show for a booking will be charged a $20 cancelation fee.
