STEP ONE
INTERVIEW / BLUEPRINT
When you arrive, your professional fitter will welcome you and start discussing the goals and objectives for your fitting session. While you warm up, your fitter will conduct a specification check and create a blueprint of your current clubs, offering an inside look at their construction.
Your fitter will choose a range of products for you to try, aimed at demonstrating enhancements in the areas highlighted during your interview. Additionally, it allows you to compare a specific product with your current clubs.

Following that, you'll receive recommendations for the optimal combination of club head, shaft, and grip. Each fitting component will be clarified and validated using Trackman data. Additionally, your fitter will supply a comprehensive fitting report that includes your suggested equipment, specified build specifications, and a shot report based on your Trackman data.

IS THE PRICE PER PERSON OR FOR THE SIMULATOR BAY?We rent the simulator bays per hour, not per person. Example, reserve 2 hours and have 4 people playing, the 2 hour bay price will be divided by the 4 players.

HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I RESERVE?Typically an 18 hole round of golf will take 1 hour per person playing. Ex. if you have 2 people playing then reserve 2 hours, 4 people playing then reserve 4 hours.

DO I NEED TO BOOK AHEAD OR CAN I WALK IN?We highly recommend booking ahead because we can’t guarantee an opening if you stroll into Urban Golf, and we’d hate to turn you down. Plus, you’re a lot more likely to get the day and time you want if you book ahead. Give us a call, shoot us an e-mail, or book online. The earlier the better!

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN CLUBS?We do recommend bringing your own clubs, however, if you can't or don't have any we do have a limited supply of clubs to rent for $20.

WHAT DO I WEAR? DO I NEED GOLF SHOES?Athletic clothes are preferable, but he most important thing is to be comfortable swinging the club. It's a casual environment, and proper golf attire is not required. We ask that you bring a clean pair of shoes with you. Sneakers and rubber-soled shoes work well on our turf and are recommended. If you prefer, feel free to wear your golf shoes. Shoes with a slippery sole (dress shoes) are not recommended.

ARE MINORS ALLOWED?Yes, Urban Golf is open to all ages. We even have fun games that kids will really enjoy, such as bullseye, streets of neon (mini golf), and magic pond. The young ones will love these games, and so will the young at heart!

DOES URBAN GOLF SERVE FOOD AND ALCOHOL?Yes! We have a full service bar, and offer a co-branded food menu from Birmingham's Vodka & Ale House.

HOW ACCURATE IS THE SIMULATOR?The short answer... very. The instant transition of the golf ball from the real world to the virtual world makes you forget that you’re hitting indoors. Top professionals own Trackman simulators and are able to rely on the accuracy of the data. If you want to enhance the accuracy even further we recommend purchasing the Titleist ProV1 RCT, ProV1X RCT, or AVX RCT golf balls. The internal radar reflective marker in the RCT golf balls delivers an optimized signal capture, delivering true spin versus estimates in current indoor settings.

WHAT IF I'M A LEFTY?No problem. Trackman Golf simulators are designed to accommodate both right and left handed players even if you're playing together.

WHAT COURSES CAN I PLAY?Our Trackman Golf simulators offer over 300 courses available to play like St. Andrews, Muirfield Village, Liberty National, and Glen Abbey. The course list features over 54 Tour Venues. View the complete list here.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?Simulator Bay Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled start time will be subject to 50% of the original booking fee. In the case of “no shows, no call”, the full booking fee will be charged. Members that cancel within 12 hours of the start of the booking will be given 1 mulligan per month. After that a $10 late cancellation fee will apply. Members that “no show, no call” will be subject to a $25 no show fee. We have implemented this policy to ensure the availability of our services. We kindly request that you provide sufficient notice if you are unable to make it to your booking.
