Winter Member Perks During the Winter season (Oct. 1 – Apr. 30), members receive: • 90 minutes of free daily off-peak simulator time (Off-peak: Monday–Friday open until 5 PM, excluding statutory holidays). • 20% discount on additional off-peak simulator time. • 20% discount on peak simulator time (Peak: Monday–Friday after 5 PM, all day weekends & statutory holidays). • 20% discount on: • League registration fees • Lessons and lesson packages • Club fitting services • Guest Privilege: Members’ guests receive 20% off simulator time when accompanied by the member. • Access to exclusive Urban Golf member events. • Discounts on hosting corporate and social events at Urban Golf.

Guest Policy Urban Golf members are welcome to bring friends and guests. Each guest receives a 20% discount on their share of the simulator bay rental. How It Works • Simulator bookings are divided evenly by the number of players. • During Off-Peak Time, members enjoy 90 minutes of free simulator use per day. Any additional time is billed at the regular rate, less 20%. • During Peak Time, members do not receive free time, but they still get 20% off their share of the booking. • Guests always receive a 20% discount on their portion. Off-Peak Examples Example A – One Member and Three Guests Booking: 4 hours with 4 players Split: 4 hours ÷ 4 players = 1 hour each Member: 1 hour included in membership (within 90-minute daily allotment) Guests: Each pays for 1 hour, less 20% Example B – One Member and One Guest Booking: 4 hours with 2 players Split: 4 hours ÷ 2 players = 2 hours each Member: 90 minutes included in membership. Winter Memberships (Oct. 1 - April. 30) • Winter memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months. • Memberships begin on either the 1st or the 15th of the month. • After the initial 3 months, memberships may continue month-to-month until April 30. • Early cancellations are not permitted before the 3-month minimum is met. Full Season and Promo Memberships • Full Payment is required at activation of the membership.

Cancellation Policy • Memberships cannot be canceled until the 3-month minimum term has been completed. • After the minimum term, cancellations require 7 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. • Memberships automatically terminate on April 30 unless renewed for the next season. Full Season Membership Promotion • Full season memberships are not cancellable or transferable.
